Somatic Sexology: Intimacy, Relationships and Pleasure Therapy
Somatic Sexology
Somatic sexology is a gentle, body-led space to explore intimacy, sexuality, and relational patterns with curiosity and care.
These sessions listen to the body’s wisdom. Through guided awareness of sensation, nervous system support, and consent-based exploration, we uncover how experiences, pain, trauma, conditioning, and cultural narratives may be shaping your relationship with self, love, pleasure, desire, and connection.
Rooted in devotion and reverence for the body’s innate intelligence, this work invites you to softly welcome in what your fear and hide, supporting you to move beyond shame or performance and into a more authentic relationship with your sensuality, boundaries, and aliveness.
These sessions are about reclaiming pleasure as a natural part of being human, and rediscovering intimacy with yourself, your body, and others.

What is a Somatic Sexology session?
Somatic sexology sessions are co-created and tailored to support a deeper connection with your body’s innate erotic knowing. Through guided somatic practices and attentive exploration, these sessions invite a more grounded and authentic relationship with your sexuality and sensuality.
The sessions have a foundation in the REEF (Relational Erotic and Emotional Fluency) coaching model developed by Katie Sarra and Phoebe Garland of The Relational Harmony Institute, which weaves somatic practices, embodiment and movement, education, pleasure activism, the Wheel of Consent, BodyPoem, Right use of Power, ritual and nature connection.

There is no timeframe for healing. Every body is a unique landscape with their own terrain, mountains, rivers, cliffs and caves.
I ask that you commit to a minimum of 6 sessions. It often takes at least this time for the body to feel ‘safe’ enough to relax into the therapeutic experience. Safety is a felt sense in the body and can only be cultivated with time.
After 6 sessions, we will review our time together and agree whether we would like to continue our sessions.

Yes! Whilst majority of my clients are female presenting, I work with all genders.
This is a queer-loving space which welcomes free gender expression. Please be aware that in eco-sexology we may work intimately with the body - this includes the genitals, breasts/chest and the (energetic) womb space. And while I don’t subscribe to binary gender norms, conversations around identity and womb-hood may be a part of our sessions.
For group gatherings I always offer 2 full scholarships for trans and BIPOC folks - please get in touch to apply.
