Sessions

My sessions are one:one offerings for us to meet you exactly where you are at and to softly tend to what is ready to be seen. I believe in the regenerative capacity of every living being and the unique resonance of what calls to the depths of each of us. Like the path of the butterfly, this work is transformational. Through ritual relationship we enter the cocoon to re-weave the threads of your nature, soul, pleasure and deepest longings together again.

One : One Work

Somatic Therapy

In our sessions we’ll work with a combination of somatics, quantum physics, psycho- and physiology therapy, mysticism, and movement for a therapeutic experience that has the potential to revolutionise your life and the lives of those around you. Sessions are intuitive and without a specific structure, always remaining attuned to your nervous system. These sessions are centered around the mind body connection and views the body’s wisdom as a powerful tool for healing; transforming the experience of psychological and physical di-stress and dis-ease into a wildly beautiful life.

3 month Closing the Bones Journey

Closing the Bones Ceremony in many traditions takes place in the days and weeks following childbirth to support and speed a mothers recovery. This beautiful ritual is designed to honour, nurture, and hold the mother as she steps into a new stage of her life. Closing of the Bones Ceremony can also be held to acknowledge any closure in a women’s journey - the ending of a relationship, the releasing of an old story or belief, a miscarriage or a termination, the letting go of not becoming a mother, being ready to step into a new version of self or the threshold into menopause.

The ceremony brings a sense of closure on three levels — physical, emotional, and spiritual — following the deep opening that occurs during pregnancy and birth, or the space that a belief, story or experience takes up within your body. It offers a gentle transition, allowing the body and spirit to settle, integrate, and restore.

The practice originates in Mexico and Ecuador, though similar rituals can be found across cultures and throughout history. Ancient postpartum bodywork traditions share a common understanding: a mother and women’s needs are universal. Wherever she comes from, she needs warmth, gentle touch, rest, and nourishment. She needs to be held — so that she, in turn, can hold and care for her baby.

Three month containers allow for a slow journey towards the ceremony, where somatic practices, ritual, earth-based connection practices, dreamwork and meditation prepare the body, mind and soul to fully surrender before we close the bones.

Eco-Sexology

These sessions follow the REEF (Relational Erotic and Emotional Fluency) coaching model and include somatic sexology practices, education, pleasure activism, the Wheel of Consent, BodyPoem and Right use of Power modalities. Sessions are personalised and co-created to bring witness to the layers of conditioning and disconnection around your sensuality, sexuality and relationality. Together we learn to listen to your body’s wisdom, meet the parts of yourself that have been hidden or shamed, and build a grounded, authentic relationship with your sexuality. Sessions will include a mixture of IFS, somatics & practical guidance with rituals, meditation journeys, sensuality exercises and nature connection.
